AMA v. FTC - Red Flag Rules

A recent article by American Medical News highlights the dispute between medicine and the Federal Trade Commission over medical identity theft and rules which will be enforced as of May 1st. I was quoted for the article and note the lack of preparation for the Red Flag Rules and how many in medicine and health law were caught unaware.
